Since the announcement of plans to reopen I-70 Speedway, a lot of fans, drivers and concerned citizens have come forward with questions.
First, we have been informed by the county of Lafayette that there are some issues that need to be addressed. Rest assured, we are addressing those issues.
Secondly, we are compiling issues and projects that need to be undertaken. Steps are being put in place to get those balls rolling. We are making concrete efforts to see that I-70 gets repaired, redone and back open for all to enjoy.
In June we will have a special event on the dirt track while we continue to upgrade facilities and make improvements on the asphalt side of things. Further details on this special racing event will be released ASAP.
In the very near future we will have someone in place at the track office that will be able to answer all of your concerns and questions.
